Survival server with mods and little restrictions

I decided to give making a online server for minecraft a go, im new to making an online server but i have made plenty of privet servers ever since 1.6.6

the server will have little restrictions, Pvp is everywhere its your choice to team up or fight and there is no block restrictions build what you want where you want and that about says it.
