Wide variety of players and plenty of helpful and fun plugins to keep things interesting. Has a store with open donations to boost gameplay features.

TO APPLY:

- Must be a girl (we don't take kindly to fakes and liars)
- Must have experience managing players and servers
- Must be based outside of the USA, we need more international mods
- Must play on at least a regular basis

Submitting an application does not guarantee a position. We do have girl players on the server but none on staff yet. We have staff reviews and if we find powers being abused, we will ban without question. We expect you to treat your position with respect and responsibility, there is a reason we're not handing this out to the guys.

I can wholeheartedly understand why you would want some girls on your staff team but this did come off a little creeper-ish, you should edit the original post to explain your intentions

There is your answer, Vague in my opinion but it's there. I read the op's post and saw he wants girls because far to many male players abuse the mod position, I'm not saying a girl wouldn't do the same thing but it's highly unlikely in my eyes.

Erm....in fact ive seen servers that are 99% of the time filled with only males and its just like how a servers is. Theres war battles loot and death *pvp server* and when I've seen girls get it turns into chaos because the girls well  most of them *the ones ive seen*  use hacks for some reason *shrugs*

Then i woudl go to a server with 99% females most of the time and ONE male gets on and it is total chaos as well *same concept its chaos either way and is equal both ways*

So....yeah it doesnt matter if your male or female all it matters is what your thinking and who you are :/  ive seen girls who are worse than the best trolls and ive seen guys like that

Might be a little vague, but I don't need to detail stories of problems arising since the server started in March. And we do have a variety, so it isn't like guys are in the majority.

But yeah the owners post seemed a bit rude erm...actually really rude in my opinion d he says his server is in the top 100? Ive never seen or heard of his server and ive been on the same servers as notch and the yogcasts so...yeah...i found it doubtful but hey i could be wrong

edit: also i guess you missed my point i was saying its equal either way besides its not really the guys fault *not all except theo nes who cause it* it goes the same for girls anyways the thing is ive seen more guys buy miencraft than girls so more guys than girls= greater conflicts against males most of the time

Just because 1 site says it doesnt mean its true XD I just looked up like 30 other websites right now and your servers name were not even in them Its group of people selecting which one is best by THEIR own opinon *might reply slow if you reply my computers lagging*

It's just that *that* particular site is the main one that the vast majority visit. Don't need to be on all of them, only the ones that matter, though the rest will come in time.

Oh, and I thought it was pretty cool how the forum handled that "troll" and gave me an infraction for it. Thanks guys, just a tip to be more proactive next time before pink slips are handed out. Don't make me lose my trust in you.

haha, I got nothing against you dude. It takes alot more work to be at the top of multiple "mc server list websites" compared to just focusing on one. Work that takes time and time that I don't have. However, if this gig was paying me good money then heck yeah I'd be everywhere like McDonalds on hamburgers.

just have to say on taht quote of the mcdonalds and if it payed. My friend has a server that hs around 150 people ALL the time *international or something i dont really cae about his server XD*  and he gets around 300 dollars a month from donations which is a large surplus of money than he needs for the server so yeah...it literally pays for him

Haha, now we got some action. It's pretty fun running a server, building it up and then watching the community take over and donate over and above. Kinda makes the job worth it

Espeially when they're paying 300 and more a day because they love your server really makes it worth it

I'm still trying to figure out the top guys, perhaps will interview them to get an inside view of how they did it. Dang servers are HUGE!
