Minecraft Forge error

minecraft forge error message

I have minecraft 1.4.5. I installed Forge, but I get this message when I try to run Minecraft:
Minecraft cannot launch in its current configuration
Please consult the file **insert long file name** for further information

How do I get Minecraft to work?
Register or log in to remove.

In the Minecraft window, the screen is just black. A new window pops up to give me that message.

Nobody's going to be able to help you without more detailed information.  A crash log would be a good start.

There is no crash log

It is not a crash, minecraft never starts

Start over.  

Delete the bin folder in your .minecraft folder, then run the game.  If that works, then re-install Forge and remember to delete Meta-inf.

Easy answer, read your error message.

From the 3rd line: This version of FML is built for Minecraft 1.4.4, we have detected Minecraft 1.4.5 in your minecraft jar file

You need a new Forge or an old minecraft.jar.

im getitng the same problem or is it... it says this: Minecraft cannont launch it's current configuration please consult the file (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\forgeModLoader-Client-0.log) for further information

I don't mess up when installing mods because i know how to install mods perfectly and correctly and this is no mistake here.

Please try deleting your forge config at C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\config\forge.cfg .
If that doesn't work, please post your forgemodloader-client-0.txt at C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\forgeModLoader-Client-0.log using spoiler and code tags.

i found the problem... it turns out i was using forge 1.4.7 and minecraft is only 1.4.6 :P

What I get. On magic Laucher it says 1 error  for Forge

I am having the same problem too I am on 1.5.1.
I keep removing the items in the lib file but it doesn't work?
