About Us:
Hello, and welcome to DevCore! Here at DevCore, we like to think about our players first! DevCore has multiple branches, this one being our Faction server. This Faction server is quite different from the others that you have seen; here we have custom plugins to make your experience just that much better. You will be able to form guilds and towns with friends, claim land for your town, and go to war against other guilds! The main world map has a 15k block radius while the nether has a 6k block radius.
General Rules:
1. Do not cheat. The use of modded clients to give you an unfair advantage is not allowed. This includes x-ray, flying, etc.
2. Although swearing is allowed, player harassment, spamming, and extensively vulgar speech is not allowed. Do not disrespect staff.
3. Do not ask for mod or admin. If we notice you are doing a good job, we will consider you for the job.
4. Do not troll or be an idiot. Its okay to goof around sometimes, but don't be obnoxious.
5. Do not abuse exploits or glitches found in game. Please report them to an Admin.
6. Do not log out, teleport, or warp to avoid death.
7. Do not get angry about getting raided or killed. This is a part of the game.

Economy:
Our server is special in that we are a true economy. We will inject a set amount of money into the economy and let the players decide the prices based off that. The DevCore Server account will start off with 20 Million Silver which you can collect by selling items to the server shops. Players will start off with no money so to make your fortune you have to start from the ground up. Players can however make their own shops and rent shop land at spawn in an attempt to make more money then they would by selling or buying from the server shops.
Ancient powers of true light and darkness have awoken. Through the use of altars these powers tap into our dimension, in recent times the darkness has gained a stronger connection. It spreads as an infectious disease that only the altars of light and holy water can cure. Those who embrace the dark disease are granted the powerful curse of Vampirism.
Anyone can become a vampire, but do you want to? During daytime vampires cower from sunlight. During the night the humans reach for their holy water and wooden stakes as the vampires roam the lands with inhuman strength, speed and levitation-powers. Driven by their endless bloodlust, they devour all living in their way.

Portals:
In the spawn there are portals that will take you to the many different worlds our server has; some will even connect you to our other servers. When entering the portal to go to the main world or nether you will be randomly teleported to a location in order to prevent spawn killing.
