This is an absolute mess of noisy, smudged,
and generally WTF textures. It's an eyesore

It looks like you just took the default textures and applied a filter to them after doing some drawing on the UI.

My suggestion would be to draw your own textures for use as the base instead of using the default ones.  The noise level in the default textures makes them poor choices for the effect you are going for.  I'd also recommend toning down the contrast a bit.  Lighting that harsh might be appropriate if you were going for an airless space theme but for a normal world it's too strong.
Tis far better to be a witty fool than a foolish wit.

Way to much black

You just wasted 5 seconds of your life reading this message, you will now think about something you could have done for these 5 seconds instead of reading this useless message that now made you waste 10 seconds of your life.

It hurts my eyes. Not in a terribly bad way, it's just a bit.... confusing.

I'm very sorry for all the people who didn't like this and thank you for taking you time to write the reviews but this is my 2nd texture pack and i'm trying. I will go and put a noise reduction filter and a contrast reduction filter on it in PS and make a new forum post on it.

Whew, this hurts my eyes more than any other texture pack I have ever encountered. I see which direction you were aiming for, but it really didn't work out.
I feel like I should have something here. Hello.

But I didn't want to feel them with my eyes.

You need to work on the shading a bit because it's way, WAY too harsh.
The colours are either too bright or too dark.
