I cannot update to Bukkit 1.4.4 on my server. The only options i see are enclosed in the picture. Please help me? I am losing players.

minecrafted.net support is impossible to get, took them weeks to respond about an upgrade request.

You get what you pay for. If you want better support you have to pay for it. It takes money to hire on people to respond to support tickets.
