I suggest that you get a friendly staff first before anything.. Your server will crumble if you allow someone who donates the privilege to have all that power. Trust me.. I ran a large server a while back and the only way to be able to get donations in is to have a staff that is friendly and helpful and not a complete Bambi. you start your server off right and your players will donate to keep you up and running.
