So I had a bukkit server a while back and at some point pvp wouldn't work. Later I realized I could pvp moderators and admins but not the default group members. I'm using groupmanager for permissions. Recently I opened another server and everything was working fine until I installed worldguard, which I used in my last server then I started having the same problem that was the only thing that I changed so I removed the jar and the WorldGuard folder from my plugins folder and it didn't fix the problem. I really want to be able to pvp the group member if I want to and members can't attack other members either and I have never been able to fix it. Any help appreciated thanks! Also if you need more information just ask.

The plugins I am using currently are: Ban Announcer, boseconomy, coreprotect, creeperheal, essentials, greif prevention, lwc, no cheat plus, nolagg, ptweaks, remote bukkit plugin, simply vanish, smart restart, spectate, stab, vault, and world edit. Thanks in advance for the help!
