This city looks like it has been modelled after Ultor-owned land in Saints Row 2, specifically the newly renovated Saints Row.

Wow, people are still replying to this old video? HAHA. I did alot of remodeling. Some of the buildings you see in that video have been completely torn down, and replaced by much better looking buildings lol. Time to make a new video!
