This is just for you guys to test, not everything is finished but i need feedback.

New Pictures Im sure you will love them, i have taken in a few suggestions such as make other tools and ores the same colour as sabers, which worked. There are now 2 suns and the moon is the deathstar. Lightsabers now have a white line through the centre showing they light up, drills and hacksaws have been added instead of pickaxes and axes. Redstone is now wires and redstone torches are batteries. The Armor icons have been changed into a futuristic bar and the whole GUI is now darker

Ok, when im finished with the original minecraft textures that is when i will start modding, like i said in a post i would like to include space travel or flying but that could be hard as their is a barrier on the maximum height but im sure there will be a way around that. Also i will be adding mobs  if possible look into adding an NPC or questing system. By the time i first release this it will probably only be textures and a few mod features.
Anyways here is a video on progress so far.

I have a lot of spare time on my hands and i use lots of minecraft mods and adventure maps, i thought i would start making a mod about one of my favourite subjects on one of my favourite games. It will be called StarMines unless anyone else has a better name, i will be making new things such as.

I am working on a April/May release, a texture pack may be made but i would like it if someone else could work on a texture pack on the team as this would speed up progress, also i might add some working mod textures such as Mo's Creatures and Humans. If you know any good mods that would work with this post them in the comments, also on the above list i need some ideas for the items that dont have an idea yet. Thanks guys!

Lolz, i get what you mean but i will not only be adding textures which is true, but i will add other things such as new mobs, if you read above some guy said that we should make it into a fully fledged mod.

Hey, thanks for the interest ^-^
But, you said you finished making a skin, are you any good at making mob skins? i could use the help if i can get some members i might turn it into a fully fledged mod, with new items etc and an adventure map.

Ok, i tried to make the cow into a bantha, it worked. But an ewok pig looked stupid asi couldnt make him stand, any other ideas?

Glad theres another one coming out, hope you finish it to the end. Currently working on myown texture pack myself.

Though idk if i like the sabers, there too fat. Just sword but recolored, i think should make them skinnier.

Well, i had a bit of an incident where i accidentally deleted all of my files but luckily i made a backup, all i need now is to do the mobs again, how would you like to help out on this mod instead? I would love it to be a proper mod.
