Basically, there's a lot of food in my dorm. Among this food is a bag of Funyuns, which have some milk in them. I'm allergic to milk, sadly. But I can eat milk provided it's been cooked out of whatever it is. Do you think that a Funyun, based on your past experience of their cooked-ness?

A lactose-n-tolerant person can usually handle a tiny bit of dairy assuming there is some left in there that hasn't been cooked out.
I'd say go for it, all though I don't particularly like Funyuns.

Try one or two and see what happens, just not so much that you are consuming too much milk at one setting

Alright, thanks. I figure that they're just something new, I've eaten everything in my dorm twice over already.

Lactose intolerance is a bit different from an allergy, but I think, in this case, it's about the same.

Don't listen to the egghead science folk talking about eating them in moderation. If you want to try those damn Funyuns, eat the whole bag, and if you die from it, at least you died satisfied.
