New 1.4 Bukkit Minecraft Server!

I am making a new Minecraft server and I need staff, builders, contributors  and other important roles to be played. If you would like to apply for a staff position, please comment and answer these questions:

Why should I choose you:

*Please leave a world save attached to show off what you have built.

If I find out that the world was not built by you....

You will lose your chance to ever be a staff member

(You Do Not Need To Have A Perfect Build, I just want to see what you can do)

All staff positions are for a two week trial. After 2 weeks, if you learn the commands and are courteous to players and you invite one other player you will be kept a staff.

I will post the server i.p. on a later thread when I have the server ready or have chosen my staff to help.

We will also have other earn-able or donate-able ranks that you can earn. When the website come out those will be revealed.

Info About you: i have a lot of free time, im kind, but strict, i like to goof around a lot but i am serious when needed, most people seem to like me, and i like to help people, im always cheerful

Why should I choose you: I can cover strange and long hours i, can stay calm even when getting harassed, i know most commands from most popular plugins and those i dont know i can learn fast, i used to own my own server so i can manage a server easily enough (did not get that popular cause it was tekkit :/), i like using "hacked" clients in my spare time so i can easily figure out if someone is using one (i can even use one to do that ha ha)

im not much of a builder but i am good with redstone although most of what i like to built was made by other people already but hey i can still build neat stuff

i would like to say that my internet as of late is not the best so i may randomly leave the server sometimes (and also family members like to shut off the router , cause they think it will make the internet better >.>)

Info About you:I like Minecraft and is looking for a good Minecraft server to play, I have many free times but I might be busy sometimes and sometimes my Internet keeps crashing like hell. and one extra information i am quite good with WorldEdit.

Why should I choose you: Its up to you if you want to choose me or not but i want to say that I am kind but i will do staff jobs properly and i might be able to help with server stuffs as I have my own CraftBukkit server i also respect server rules.

*Please leave a world save attached to show off what you have built: I will upload it later as soon as i find a host good enough to upload the world chunks.

P.S. Is the server offline mode or Mineshafter Proxy Enabled?Because i use Mineshafter Proxy(minshafter.appspot.com) and also is this server 24/7(always online)?

Edit: The download link is here http://dl.dropbox.co.../New World-.zip (its compressed as dropbox does not support folders). I just made this house in creative in my free time. I can make more things then this from 2 Star Redstone to a Simple house. The only reason that theres only this house here because i do most of my buildings in my server.

This server is 99.99% always up. You are the only one who followed my instructions.

i could post my "work" but thats basicly not my "work" cause other people have done it on top of that my building skill on a 1-10 ratio is around a 2-4, so what ever i post would be horrible any way, and dont just ignore everyone that does not, follow you to a T, cause your not gonna get close to anyone that would do that on top of that post their work for a staff position (the 10yo kid is a different story)

Info About you: I'm a female, I tend to get very OCD at times, my style of work isn't very good but I do like to plan things out (Like where to place things and such), I am definitely going to be inviting my friends to play if I get accepted into this server, and I tend to be online a lot but don't count on it 24/7.
Why should I choose you: I honestly suck at this self-gratification thing but I'll give it a shot. Uhmm... You should choose me because I'm a fast learner when it comes to most things, I tend to be a very helpful and happy person and most people I meet enjoy the time they spend with me. I really really like to help people, I don't know why but it makes me oddly happy, so if you don't like my creations I can always be a support tech. I've had experience leading/helping people run guilds and armies and nations in tons of other games online. I work well with most people and I can be strict or playful depending on the situation. I'm open minded and speak my mind most times, so if a person is griefing/bullying/being annoying I'll tell them and I'm not afraid to get out the ban hammer when need be. Oh, and I type like a normal person! I think that's rare when it comes to gamers anymore.

(I will not be leaving a saved file because I only play online and all of my creations are on a server, but I would be more than happy to send you an IP and show you what I've built on there.)

Why Should I Choose You: Im okay at Redstone i have a High speed computer although there is lag spikes at times i would be on the Server Building alot. ill Build ALOT i love building if i run out of ideas of stuff to Build (Which i wont lol) ill always have back-up plann to Either Build FIx-up or Rebuild SOmething im Not aFraid to Bann people if i See someone Greif A HUGE building Banned IF they Blow up a Small Building Ill give them another shot But i will bann them for more than 2 days (More like 3 or 4) Im very Loyal if you ask me to do something i WILL do it at that moment (Unless i have to Do something for my mom In which cause i will Tell you ASAP) Thats why i Think i Would make a GREAT Builder for your server All i would need is the IP if you let me be a Builder Thanks so much for your Time.

To tell you how to upload a world....
1)Type %appdata% in the start menu and hit enter
2)click on .minecraft
3)go to 'saves'
4)click on the world you want and copy it to the desktop
5)right click on the world folder, the go to 'send to' and click compressed(zipped) folder
6)Make a mediafire account
7)click 'upload' on mediafire.com and find your .zip file on the desktop
8)drag the file up to the '+' sign on the page.
9)after you do that, scroll over the world file in the list
10)Click on share
11)copy and paste the link in a reply or PM to me

I need Some Help Deciding On Plugins

I have ideas in mind, but I would like to know what you guys would recommend. I am going to use PermissionsEX, Lockette, iConomy, NoLagg, Chestshop, Multiverse, and other big name plugins. I would love to hear what you guys have in mind.
