so im trying to make an island... but iam finding it  harder than I was expecting, I dont want something massive but I do want it to have like a central pool/lagoon

The problem is this: do you think it looks like an island (its only flat currently) and do you think i could get away with adding a small mountain (15-30high?) to the lower right side of it?
(progress is slow due to work)

list of things to do:
lagoon: check
edges of island: no
hills/mountain: no
beaches:no
trees:no
house: ?? maybe?

finished the central pool (or as im calling it the lagoon) .  its only 5 deep not sure if it should be more like 7...

No reason to get impatient. Great work starts with patience. Once it is done you will love it even more. Just consider that other people also have things important to them. You can't expect anyone to respond to your topic within a day on this forum. Most members test out wether there is some extra value before taking part in a topic and wether the topic owner shows enough care for the results and response.

ah yes, forgot about the edit option...its been a long day for me.
