"Then who's going to look after the eggs?" I ask. "I don't even know why we came here... I'm going to go find a portal home. There was a portal a ways back, if I remember correctly. And Jade'yel..." I do a quick bow. "Do what you think he would want you to do if he were here to ask you. Consider that..." Turning away from the chasm, I start jogging back to where I had Internet before while I was jogging. Using my iPhone to track the strength of the signal, I track a few concentric circles around for a while until I find it. I walk through and come out somewhere in the countryside. Turning on Google Maps, I start jogging back towards the MPA...

"You said Soul Magic... I'm flying to Ske'Muind... maybe I can reason with Thal'tek..." she says

((Strauss is still in the ice))

"I will try to help... I... I really want Ona to live, but reasoning with Thal... It will be hard..." Deravan then says.

River: It might be crazy... but lets try it...


Me: Fine... i will put on my best act, and then reason with him...


*I follow them, river close behind, evera tagging along.*

"Jade... if this works... alright... if not... I will studie soul magic... I was once a druid in a past life... but I dont remember what else I was... maybe if I start studying it it might come back a bit..." he then says.

Deravan continues to fly, worried. He had a couple of protection seal runes on himself, just in case.

Right before Jade'yel enters, she turns to Waskom...
"That would not be a good idea... Dragon Souls are more powerful than Shifter souls.. They would have you down faster then you could swing your sword.." she says, before entering

"Lets just... try this... And hope for the best... If things go messy... I think I might be able to... get us out in a quick way." Deravan then says.

Thal'tek looks at her.
"Ah, Jade'yel my dear Queen, what brings you here?" he says.
Jade'yel gains a look of mock desperation.
"I have come to strike a deal, Thal'tek." she says
He looks intrigued
"And what might that be?" he says
Jade'yel converts her voice to a begging tone.
"Ona has defeated a Giant... Thing... at Serpent glide Abyss but is now frozen at the bottom.. And I want you t-"
Thal'tek says it for her
"Save your precious King? What's in it for me?" he asks.
Jade'yel looks at the ground.
"Half the Kingdom." she says..
Thal'tek thinks a minute..
"Half the Kingdom and your Second Child." he says
Jade'yel looks at him..
"My Second Child? Please, Thal'tek.. you can't....." she says
He nods...
"I can.. promise me this. And I will save your precious King." she says..
Jade'yel turns to the others for help with this deal
