Can't connect to Minecraft.net since 2 weeks now ...

Since two weeks now i cannot play Minecraft; the laucher keep saying that it can't connect to Minecraft.net.
i read others topic about the same issue but it seems that the probleme is solved for many of them.
But i'm still unable to connect and play and it's been 2 weeks now. Kinda long for a game i bought and love since beta 1.3.
I need some help or at least an explenation.
On this site it says that minecraft.net is down
http://www.minecraftdown.com/
But it's the only one, many others (official include) say that's minecraft.net is up and running.
My firewall is fine and i never had an issue with this game for so long.
Please answer, i sent an email to the support team and still got no answer at all.
Thank you for all and sorry for my english
Bye

If you have any antivirus programs, try temporarily turning them off. Try turning Windows Firewall off.

If it's not a Firewall or Antivirus program, I'm not sure what it is.
