Hello, I am 13 years old.
My voice is not yet broken, but I have been
interested in making video basically since I was 9.

People are more likely to enjoy your videos if you wait, but if you just want to do it for fun then go ahead; it doesn't matter.

if you want to stream/make videos just for fun then go ahead. If you're doing it to have fun which is what you should be doing, it doesn't matter how many people actually watch. If you're doing it for money, which you should wait for a while to try, then yes do wait. nobody wants to donate to a squeaky voiced kid who's just trying to make an easy buck

My advice:
- Make videos now, regardless - it gets you practice and feedback... and be sure to LISTEN to the feedback (this will be the hardest lesson to learn, regardless of age). It will help you learn tempo, help you learn the technology, etc.

If you're really insecure about the quality, then make it on an alt channel... though honestly I would say - start a channel and stick with it - the people that stay and watch the channel grow/change will appreciate it, and they'll help shape the quality that you grow into. Just be sure to treat the channel with respect, remember that if you ever do want to monetize or make a living doing it - you will want to treat it, at least in some respects, like a business - not just a toy (doesn't mean it can't be fun, just be selective about what kind of content you put out)
