I am trying to make an adventure map with a custom villager. He only has 1 offer, and every time I try out the map, he gains a new offer when I make the trade. Does anyone know how to fix this? Preferrably with NBTedit but all options welcome.

This may be a bit hard to understand but anyways...
Download mcedit (If you don't already have it)
select the villager and export it as a .shcematic file,
open the .schematic file with nbtedit,
look around until you find where his trade data is located,
delete all trades except the one you want him to have,
import the .schematic with mcedit and place it where you want the villager to be,
done!
I hope you can understand this, I made a custom trade villager for my adventure map, I found this page quite helpful.
