I'm struggling to find information on this, but is it possible to use the new SuperFlat Preset mechanic when generating a world with a server? The issue being I'd like a variation of the "Overworld" preset (2;7,59x1,3x3,2;1;stronghold,biome_1,decoration,) instead of the default Classic Flat type.

Any insight on if it's possible and how would be appreciated.

No need to rephrase, the question is quite simple, AMgitsKriss is asking how to use the custom superflat world generator (added in 1.4) when generating a world on a server.

To answer that, I'm not entirely sure myself. I will have a look and get back to you. Or you could just generate the world in Single Player, fly around a lot to generate most chunks and then load it onto your server.

In the SP world creation choose superflat as the world type, customise, redstone ready. Then at the top there should be 2;7,3x1,52x24;2; which you can use in generator-settings=2;7,3x1,52x24;2;

Hope this helps
