if your server is using Essentials or any other plugin that has a /tp command the normal tp command will not work, you need to remove the tp command from any other plugin that may use it.

im so happy right now... had this problems for like a few weeks.
If you have essentials you need to type in tppos @p x y z
Worked for me and should help you.

you have to do tppos if essentials
do /tppos no @p or @a ect. then coords
so /tppos 123 45 67
in cammand block

I can explain, Essentials doesn't support command blocks mechanics like ex "@a, @p, @r", so you'll have to have to uninstall Essentials
and just use the normal bukkit TP command. I know I used to have Essentials but it didn't work on a adventure map, that's how I found the problem once. It's really anoying I must say, but I might contact the author and ask him to make support for the TP command.

Instead of just typing in the numbers before the dots,type the numbers after them too.

What about if your number is REALLY LONG, like if it has point-something. Do you add that?

Ah you maybe have to If you are 1.5 or higher i think you must do /gamerule commandBlockOutput true in the chat.
It needs to be EXCATLY THIS WAY: commandBlockOutput

i had trouble with this but i think it's the -(number)-.000, i tried that like 43.7000 and nothing happened. so i think it's -(number)-.000 thing.
