I actually had to look up how to spell it myself while making the mod. It is supposed to be Neapolitan, but people usually pronounce it differently which is kinda confusing if you ask me.

Thanks, was a bit of a pain to make, but I figured it'd help get the word out. If you want to use the banner, just copy the code under it and paste it in your signature. At the very top right of the page there is a little cog for site settings, then hit my profile, edit profile, then signature and paste it there.

What you have to do is download the server .jar (not the .exe) from the Minecraft website and then drag the forge files in to that. You may have to delete Meta-Inf, but I'm not 100% sure, but then run the .jar and the server should start up normally. It should create a mods folder in the same folder as the jar, so just drag any forge mod there. You also have to have forge and the mod installed in your .minecraft folder to join the server.

What exactly doesn't work? I may still need to test it myself. If it doesn't work, I'll see what I can do to get it working. I'll go ahead and put SP only up in the main post if it I can't figure anything out.

EDIT: Yea, doesn't seem to be able to find a base class when loading with the server, I'll see what I can do.
EDIT 2: Fixed! Now works in multiplayer!

Updated to v1.0.3, it should now work fine in multiplayer, It hasn't been thoroughly tested though, so if any problems arise, please leave them here!

I was thinking about the wafer recipe, but I figure you already have to give up bread to make it, so I wanted the player to get a bit more food-wise in return. I really don't think I'll be changing the textures, but remember that with anything Minecraft related you can just open up the .zip or .jar and edit the images yourself.

For the most part they spawn at night, in snow biomes (as specified in the main post), and they are a little rarer than the regular mobs (only a little bit), but way more common than Enderman.
