"Forever Adventure" is the name of a new adventure map I am making as a thank you gift for him from us, the minecraft community, for all the laughs and support he has given us over the years

When you play it, make sure to do "/gamerule keepinventory true" the Keepinv function is being a butt and wont save once you exit.

Map Rules:
-Sharp Diamonds and Gilded Diamonds are your score (SD is lapus, and GD is gold)
-tp is allowed if more than 1 player
-no breaking blocks (with some exceptions talked about later)
-you can break decorations (ie, things that break with one punch like torches, flowers, ect.)
-no placing Redstone torches or blocks/decorations (unless told to or found in a chest)
-If you lose an important item you may /give to get it back
-you can only change time to sleep
-there is trash cans around the map (marked chests) fill these with excess materials you may have picked up
-play on normal or easy (not hard, some tnt cannons kill you on hard, no matter what...)
-use render distance short or tiny
-have fun (MOST IMPORTANT RULE OF ALL TIME HERE!!!!!!!!)

Required version: 1.3.2 or above
(WARNING!!!! IF YOU PLAY ON A VERSION WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE MOB GRIEF GAME RULE TO FALSE DONT LET ANY CREEPERS BLOW UP!!! YOU CAN BREAK THE MAP VERY EASILY DOING THIS!!!

Recommended version: 12w36a or any 1.4

Special properties:
-there is no items from 1.4.2 so you can play on 1.3.2
-special "disks" unlock each area
-some tools can break some blocks: (pick->endstone,axe->junglewoodplank,spade->soulsand,shears->whitewool)
-there are 6 special artifacts you can obtain, I'd save these for the final area if I was you
-there is a total of 20 savepoints in the map, you may refill your food, sleep, and obtain a Sharp Diamond in each
-there is 5 Gilded Diamonds in the map to collect
-there is 5 secret areas at the end, unlocked with: 1->5Sdiamonds,2->10Sdiamonds,3->15Sdiamonds,4->20Sdiamonds,5->20Sdiamonds and 5 Gdiamonds

Sounds cool, but it would be much better if you got some pictures of gameplay of the map or even ask someone to do a review video on it or do one yourself

OP: How to upload pictures!

You can upload pictures by first taking an in-game screenshot (press F2) and the screenshots will be saved to your .minecraft folder, in the screenshots folder. Then you upload the selected images into an image hosting website like imgur.com, and then go to the side where there will be these codes, and copy the ones under 'BBCode' section and paste that into your posts and they will turn into images when you post

i was going to play this but aint nobody got time fo dat!, but actually insteam of just using gold an diamonds use renamed gold and diamonds , like with an anvil, that way they will know it is points and their value., oh and about the gamerule thing , do you know where players generally spawn , using command block serch radii you could say , serch 20 blocks of where players spawn , tp them onto a pressure plate that adds the gamerule  and then another command block tps them to the beging of the map. just saying , oh and if your ya kinda want some cool terrain you can a.) Back date MC to beta 1.7.3 and Mcedit the farlands in or A) get the W.E.D.G.E minecraft world mod and Mcedit the terrain in.

#1 I did fix the gamerule bug using an NBT editer
#2 I am working on trying to get normal terrain around the flat areas, I'm keeping this version of the map up for people to test how everything works, not how it looks
#3 I never thought of using an anvil, thanks for the suggestion!

Edit- One problem, the texture pack is not compatible with the current version of Minecraft. Is it necessary, or can you still play without it?

I have been needing to update this for 1.5, so if you can, just try to test it on an older version of minecraft for now, I'll try and make a new build for 1.5 soon
