"I am a pretty slow swimmer, aren't I?" I say laughing and looking at him. I look back at the camp to see that the beach is only a small strip from where we are.

"Chiron?" Cedric looked around the Big House. There was omninous feeling to the place. "Is anyone there?"

[Drone414]

Axel nods slowly and yawns. "If that's what you want to believe..." He shakes his head and stares down the man who was staring him down. After a few minutes he turns back and looks at Xenia's bow with a trained eye. He feels his own weapon pulse and ignores it for the time being.

Skale laughs slightly. "Yeah... You really suck." He laughs, jokingly and looks back. "Do you want to go back?"

"Only if you want to, I don't have to worry about being drowned around you, right?" I ask laughing still.

I notice Axel staring at Aurelius and I push him out of view. The captain of the plane comes on and says we'll be landing shortly. I smile to myself, not short enough. I notice another man in the same suit behind us. I act as if  I hadn't noticed him and I meet Axel's eyes and motion towards the man.

[Drone414]

Axel nods. "I know that you are tired..." He puts a bit more emphasis on the words 'I' and 'know'. Axel grins slightly and he looks towards the other man with fire burning in his eyes.

Skale chuckles. "Nah, I am not going to do that. I mean I could, but you made my day pretty awesome."

[Raven29]

I half smile at him and nod slightly.
"I know there's more time to rest after we get out and move around" I tell him.
"The plane is full of them." I mouth to him,"How did they know we're coming?"

"Thanks for that," I say. I then think about his dad and how he got his powers from him and ask, "have you ever met your dad?"

[Drone414]

Skale shakes his head. "I doubt my father cares enough about me to come..." A pained expression crosses the face of the boy, but he continues to swim and the fish and other sea animals follow.

I stare after him and swim up to him, "I bet he's like my dad. He cares, but he can't help you besides giving you your abilities. I've never met my dad except for when I was unconscious, he didn't even bother to claim me when I was at camp. He claimed through a letter to Chiron. They're gods though, and they are similar to mortals because they do make mistakes as well." Iook around at all the aquatic creatures and smile down at them. "What are they doing?"

[Drone414]

"Well... Some of them want to go get my father and drag him up here. But they know they can't and they will get into trouble. Others are trying to figure out why you are still in the water. Normally people are out rather quickly considering it is freezing." Skale yawns and swims beneath the water to look around, not really caring what he sees, just to do it at this point.

I dive down after skale and look around to see fish and other creatures around. I don't feel the cold for some reason, maybe it's already chilled me or maybe it's that the sun can keep me warm since my dads the one who carries it across the sky. It could even be that I'm close to skale and that could help but I don't really care the reason. Looking around I don't see much before I have to come up for air again. I look around for skale to see where he'll come up.

[Raven29]

I sigh and look at Axel.
"Listen, I really need for you to go back to camp after I get off, now more than ever." I tell him. Looking around the cabin now, obviously full of monsters.

[Drone414]

Skale comes up a few feet from her and stairs up at the sky, he is still dry as can be. "This never gets boring.... Do you want to do something else? I am sure watching me swim is getting boring."

Axel shakes his head. "Nope. I won't leave you with fifteen or so monsters... It would be better for the both of us if I stay, slay them all, and escort you to your friends."

I shake my head firmly.
"No. I don't want you to get killed." I tell him stubbornly. I sigh.
"You know, I thanked the Gods when I found out that you were going to die. I was devastated, definitely, but I was happy that I wouldn't have to be there to witness your death. I knew my heart couldn't handle it. I don't want you to die in front of me. I can't stand losing another person I care about." I whisper. I looked down at my hands.
"Please?"

"I don't care, it's interesting to watch all the creatures, but we may need to go back soon before I get too tired or my clothes drag me under," I say smiling. My hair pools around me in a dark wet color. I look up and see the sun beginning its descent and think that my dads day is nearly over.

[Drone414]

Skale nods and uses the water to force her to the shore. He swims after her and the two eventually reach the shore with ease. He stands up on the sand and looks at Syra. "Well, I hope you had fun." Skale smiles and walks off towards the dining hall.

Axel shakes his head. "No... I am going to stay here and if I die, I will do it defending you." He smiles awkwardly again and notices they are now landing.

I frown, but feel relieved that we are about to land. I grab Axel's arm.
"Listen, if you're trying to be some hero or if you're trying to conceal this as a Kamikaze mission, forget it! I can't let you die because of me! I can't go through my life with that on my shoulders! I'm... Not strong enough."

I smile and call to him, "I'll be at dinner soon. I'm gonna go change." I walk to my cabin and grab another pair of jeans and an extra camp T shirt. I look around to see if Xenia is around but don't see her. I ask one of the other campers and they say that they haven't seen her around at all. One says they thought they saw her walking up the hill with axel and I frown. Jogging out I go to the dining hall and walk up behind skale to say, "have you seen axel anywhere recently?"

[Drone414]

Axel shakes his head. "Listen... I am here to watch you whether you want me or not. I honestly don't care if I you want me here or not." Axel crosses his arms and gives them all a death glare, one by one.

Skale gets in and looks around, unsure of what to do and he then hears Syra. "Nope.. I haven't seen him around since this morning. He was on Xenia's cabin I believe."
