I'm trying to make a collection of every mushroom biome seed known to Minecraft. Here are the ones I have so far:

lost: Spawns you on the beach of a jungle with a little patch of mycelium. Swim out to sea and there is more

878235762112:This seed spawns you on a beach, but if you turn around you will see a small village with a big path. Pretend the path is an arrow and follow it to the mushrooms.

metroidprime: Mushroom biome at x 548, y 76, z 73

367859649667251486: Nice mushroom biome near spawn.

-7557528440318950042: Small cowless mushroom biome east of spawn.

41327148: Large mushroom island near the spawn island.

4034517597623771162: Good mushroom island on Large Biomes mode.

total chaos 1414: Awesome floating mushroom island.

4: Mushroom islands near the swamp you spawn in.

97294842: Mushroom islands at X= -1295   Y= 64   Z= 181

youtube.com/dRAkePrisM: He must have a good channel if it gives mushrooms. The biome is connected to the forest across the ocean from spawn.

Post any you might find.

If you want every mushroom biome seed... You'll have to post all 18 quintillion seeds xDDDDDDDD

(at least the wiki says there are 18 quintillion different seeds lol).

Yep,  legal seeds run from -9223372036854775808 to 9223372036854775807 which is the full range of a 64 bit signed integer.
In other words 2 to the 64th power minus one total seeds. (18,446,744,073,709,551,615)
(MC world builder won't take zero as a seed but rather entering zero causes the world builder to pick a random seed from all the other possible seeds.)

It's the total number of grains of rice the king of legend was to put on the chessboard.
see:http://www.singulari...ial-growth.html

OBTW - All worlds generated with a seed will have all types of biomes somewhere in them.  The mushroom biomes just might be a long way from your spawn point.

EDIT (10/9/12)  I was off by one in my above calculation.  Although you can not enter 0 (zero) as a seed because zero is the command to the world generator to generate a random seed, it is possible to get a world whose seed in zero! ie /seed returns seed: 0
What you have to do is enter "pollinating sandboxes" (without the quote marks).  This bypasses the part of the program that sees zero as the command to use a random seed and that particular text hashes down to the numeric seed 0 (zero).
SO--- the total number of legitimate MineCraft seeds is 2 to the 64th power. (18,446,744,073,709,551,616)

I just wanted to make sure this information is correct.  I'd hate to find out someone didn't check all of them out because of my error.

Actually, the true zero seed has already been used.  see: http://www.minecraft...ting-sandboxes/

If you want mushrooms read this thread: http://www.minecraft.../#entry18151997

Specifically look at the pictures I posted in post #4.

If you use "keurig" (no quotes) with Large Biomes the island you spawn on may have a tree. This also amplifies the Mushroom Island you can swim accross the water for. You can get more "safe" Dungeons and Abandoned Mineshaft this way to and have a pretty good survival file. The Nether nearby has a Nether Fort very near to the corresponding area. In the next update a Village could be made easily within the range that is safe and you could easily defend it from sieges.

" i dont care" (Without the quotes, no capitals, no apostrophe in don't) is also a great seed, you spawn on a cross between a mushroom biome and an extreme hills biome. It's pretty cool, I'm surprised no one's mentioned it yet.

or even every mushroom biome unless you were immortal. A minecraft world is over the size of jupiter, and theres very little mushoom biomes in a world.

There is an okay one with the seed 1047975119. you spawn in the sea next to a mushroom biome. If you look a round a bit there is a survival island.

"family" (no quotes and lower case) starts you off in a Taiga connected to a Mushroom Biome with a Witch Hut in the nearby Swamp. Wolves, Mooshrooms, and Witches make for one interesting combo!

Wow, I must say "family" is an awesome seed. The mushroom biome is huge and mountainous, and if you play it on large biomes it's just ridiculously huge and complete with several floating mushroom islands. One of the floating islands even had mooshrooms on it upon generation. Not to mention that in normal generation there's a legit cave with a waterfall entrance at x=130 y=64 z=-250.

Last time I checked, it was a jungle and a mushroom biome.

In theory, aren't there an infinite amount of seeds with mushrooms biomes in them? Sometimes, you're able to break the seed number limit if you type foreign characters in the seed entry.

Sorry for the late post, but my favorite mushroom seed is shroomseed. Southwest of spawn, it has a landlocked mushroom biome, which I've never found in any other seed. More details in my sig if you're curious.
