Check your Temperatures from your Computer. The Temps for the CPU and GPU should be under 100 °C

Technic has OptiFine. May reduce the strain just enough. Or maybe using less memory or something like that.
I used to be a Support Guru, but then ran out of time. I have more time now, but I'll only make the occasional helpful post.

try starting minecraft.exe with a .bat
In other words, do this
>make a new folder on you desktop (called what ever you want)
>put minecraft.exe in that folder
>now go into notepad and paste this into it:
Minecraft.exe -Xms512M -Xmx512M -jar
(no spaces, exactly how it is)
>save this file inside that folder you made and save it as "run.bat" without the quotation marks
>dont be afraid if the .bat part dissappears
>doubleclick the run.bat and it should run without shutting down
What this does is that it makes the minecraft.exe run on 512MB of ram, which is the minimum it requires to run without lag.
