Bought a server from MinecraftServerDeals and so far they are getting a 2-10
They gave me incorrect information to MultiCraft login, The free mumble server was online for 1 day and now no longer works.
Also while trying to change game mods, let's just say it's a pain in the ass.
Although their customer support is really good, they have tried to help me all they could. 9-10

I'm not entirely sure I like you guys just yet. So far I've had some issues getting my server working like it's advertised here. Last night it was something keeping me from accessing my dashboard and I never actually got any emails from you guys. Due to the dashboard thing the server was public for entirely too long, all night even. So random people came in and did whatever they wanted. Did that affect any of my data limits or whatever, another thing is I can't even tell what the parameters are to the service, how often can I use the server? How much data is stored on your end? Will I get rollbacks, etc.
All that isn't even a huge deal but today it's just down for no reason and so is your site, so I guess I'm just hosed for hangin out with the wife playing some Tekkit tonight?
I love your customer service so far, give them a 9 -10.
Going to have to see better results on the hardware end of things for me to write up a glowing review. So far it's not that great.
EDIT: The server is back up but there was a break in the action for a while. Not meaning to be rude, of course but how often can I expect services to be down? If so how long do they last?
EDIT: Oh wow...so yeah the server is back up but A LOT of my map has been completely moved and changed, basically all the work my wife put in today is just out the window and the map itself is just wrong, huge chunks of land moved from one spot to the next, pathways that end with a huge cliff wall because it was shifted over to another location...doorways out into space because nothing is where it was before. Man...that really *****es me off, if we get this from the first two days of the service what's it gonna be like once we've sunk 500+ hours into a level and it gets nuked by ....whatever you guy's problem is? Even after loading my backup it's still all fubared. I'm cancelling. Sorry but that's inexcusable. Bye.
i love this server hosting company they are extremly helpful and caring they have nice and fair prices and from what i can tell high performance equipment quick setup time fast ticket response this is my first server and so far everyone says it runs perfect

So yes unfortunately this happen to you in the node you where assigned. It was a isolated incident to your node no one else in our nodes in our company was affected. I do understand your frustration and our apologies for your inconvenience I will be very clear and to the point with you when you are working with hardware even enterprise like we use they can and will be damage out of the box because is a machine and this is what happen with very sensitive equipment. The reason why this never have been reflected in our thread is because this never happen to us before but like always you have your first time and we just did....
The node had this done extensive diagnostic from us and our data center our DC Team said to us our processor was damage well they add a new one apparently same batch it was a faulty one too. So we had 2 processor changes in less than 24hrs very odd but yes it did happen. Also our DC Team change the motherboard just to be safe. To mitigate this service break we have order 2 new nodes 1 to move clients and a new one to be standby just in case the same node have other problems
I take full responsibility of this event that I cant control processors been damaged by external forces and not MinecraftServerDeals it happen to me and will happen to others. The only I can tell you is we want you as our client we will have the new nodes live in a few hours we will refund your $ and also we want to give you a free month for you to really test all our features.
