modloader help fix crash report

I was installing mods and I got this
I was wondering how to fix it also i have tried downloading modloader of different websites that didnt work aswell so please help me.

Some of your mods require Forge, which is incompatible with ModLoader.

Do not install ModLoader, just install Forge.

I have the same problem i downloaded modloader and forge how do i uninstall modloader?

Force update minecraft, then just install forge.
There is no easy way to remove modloader with out just starting over.
