It would be great if a chisel was added to the game. To craft you put an iron ingot on top of a stick. You could then make chiseled stone brick and chiseled sand stone by maybe right clicking the block.

Chisel sounds like a cool way to add new blocks. But instead of right clicking, how about a crafting recipe with the chisel - put the chisel and a stone brick into the menu, you get a chiseled stone brick out, and your chisel remains (akin to the bucket in the cake recipe). I'd rather not have more complications with my block when we can keep it simple.

It could potentially let you make sculptures or a slew of decorative blocks otu fo stone and wood. Support!

No support. It removes the extreme rarity of certain blocks, like the Chissled stone bricks. If you've managed to get your hands on some, and then this would be implemented, you find yourself screwed because you've spent all those days to find jungle temples.

You want to be a dragon? Well, then you need to have wings, a passion to hoard, and have a deadly breath.

Oh, and did I forgot to tell you dragons are extremely territorial? ROAWR >:)

Well just make Chiseled Stone Brick not so rare! I like it, adds a new layer to building. Chiseling factories...

That's because most rare blocks have some use. Chiseled sandstone and stone bricks have no use other than decoration, so why not make them easier to make?

But the sand and rocks here, stained with thousands of years of bakery... They will remember us. For this. Because out of our vast array of recipes, this is the one we choose for ourselves. We go forward like steam exhaled from the oven. With sugar in our veins and one taste in mind. We'll. Bake. Cookies.

Wow, this is actually a pretty interesting idea!  I mean, it fits right into the parameters of the game by adding a simple, inexpensive tool that allows the player to more readily manipulate his/her construction aesthetically through the alteration of currently abundant materials into significantly rarer materials that are also currently present within the game!

It's so simple that even I could, at the very least, make a mod for it - you has my supports Posted Image

Nice idea. This would give a way for pumpkins to grow naturally without a face, and then comically using a chisel to put the face on.

Support, anyway.
