I don't think one has been confirmed yet. But i thought it could be Awkward Potion > Eye of Ender, I think using an Eye of Ender is a good item since it's not that easy to get, it wont make the potion as op.

I think the already existing recipe is a Fermented Spider Eye into a Night Vision Potion.

The recipe is waterbottle + netherwart + golden carrot + fermented spider eye.
Allocators are no longer the future, we have Hoppers now. I still like them, though.

And yet another useless thread about someone who isn't capable of using an search engine and aquiring the answer from an web page like the minecraft wiki. Seriously, this has been confirmid months ago. And even then this is still in the wrong forum.....
