Okay, this idea is actually a pretty simple one, so I'll get to the point. Bascially, the idea is that when a villager zombie gets hit by a splash potion of healing, it turns back into a normal testificate. I think this would help with making sure villages don't die out immediately after the first night, and it would be a cool little feature that I don't think would be too hard to add.
So, yeah. Discuss. Questions, comments and suggestions encouraged.

why not just get new villagers
did you form an emotional attachment to squidward or something?
those squidwards breed like rabbits anyway
one dies and it will be replaced by tommorow morning.
also splash potions of healing hurt zombies
and splash potions of harming heal zombies.
you havent mentioned that you also want zombie testificates to not be harmed
by splash potions of healing.
otherwise they might die.hopefully before they turn back into testificates
and ruin your reputation with the villagers

Yerly!
I've tried, according to the Wiki it takes a golden apple. However, Right clicking, throwing it on the ground, and even punching villager zombies with both types of golden apples does nothing. However, using golden apples would be a better method than using potions because, as said above, potions of healing harm zombies.

Locked. Throw a splash potion of weakness at them then right click with a golden apple. Within 5 minutes they'll become a normal villager.
Forum Rules and Minecraft General Rules
Do read them before posting. I mean it. >:C
Grass Block is still here, though most of you have probably clicked it by now.
Do not suggest Vertical Redstone, Emerald Tools, Obsidian Tools and Skylands. They will be burnt in a hole.
