iOS does not have that many bugs just the sand or gravel don't fall there is no issues with signs or the world not saving, most of the issues is with android devices!

Yes. It only happens when placing a torch in a corner though. If you MUST have the torch on a particular spot, mine out the surrounding bricks on the same horizontal level, place the torch in the desired location, then put the blocks you mined out back in place. Really annoying, but it can be worked around.

Look back and read my last comment. I gave not one, but 3 bugs with the torches.

So...the critical bugs that i found are (for android):When you play the game once and you exit...And you enter again the signs will disappear and if you enter in menu option (from back key now) the game will freeze...To solve the problem you have to clear your RAM memory before launch the game.
Second bug are broken descriptions.
Third bug:Sometimes the armor will disappear from your inventory.
And the fourth bug is:You can't make quartz block stairs or other blocks with quartz block (or the dev forgot to add them) in survival.
And a secret tweak but i think you found it is you can see the items status on chest or inventory (that's really cool)
Maybe next week we can  see the update with these critical bugs.

I missed that post, sorry. Still, the issue and the solution are the same. In every instance of this glitch, you're trying to put a torch in a corner, be it a vertical or horizontal. The solution is still the same, remove the blocks adjacent until you can place the torch on the one that you need it on, then replace the blocks you removed.

i dont know where to post this bug but when i placed an upside down wood slab and then used a diamond pickaxe on it i got a red/glitch stone slab

Place a stair block at a 90 degree angle to another stair block and it will make itself a corner stair. Make sure it's two up or two down stairs though, it won't work if one is up and the other down.

It seems that most of the bugs i have read about are very device-specific. I play on a Bionic.

Bugs on my device:
1 Sand seems to be impervious to TNT
2 Sandstone Stairs arent available in survival (most frustrating)
3 The same sign issues as everyone else
4 In 3rd person, if you are underground and next to the edge of the map, you can get an xray view if the surface
5 a glitch when placing torches in corners.

I have not seen any posts about the missing sandstone stairs. haha am I the only one?

The bugs are quite annoying, does anyone know what will be in 0.6.1 other than bug fixes or is it just a very useful bug update cos I love secret stuff being added, and also I've noticed that when there is a second layer on head armour it doesn't show up like on VonDoomCraft (fave tp) the horns on the side of the iron helm don't show up, that might be a bug or just a patching problem.

it is planned to be mostly bug fixes, but there may be more blocks in survival such as sandstone stairs, quartz pillar and chiseled. Which were missed out, I guess because of the time.

I been playing a little bit and I see that iron armor downgrades damage ALOT, like, a ten foot fall and only 3 hearts of damage.

I don't have any of the problems you have listed here (Android) ._.
Once my iron leggings disappeared but it was only a texture glitch and they were just invisible until I restarted the game
