There is no reason that mcpe can't have larger worlds, at the minecraft pe panel at minecon johan said he was hoping for infinity worlds
But I think if they added caves then the world would need to be restricted
where'd u get 3.4 mb from?the actual size of a pocket edition world is about 21mb, and im pretty sure 3000 x 3000 is too big for a phone to handle
It's true, PE worlds are about 21 mb each, so a 3000x3000 world would be about 3.024 gb. That said, I don't even make worlds that big on the desktop version, and I still wouldn't mind having huge worlds if that were the case.
I wonder if they have been working on the main menu??
The current one is kind of boring
And if the picture on worlds actually displayed our world that would look a lot better
Well I think it does in Xbox too, display what you were last doing on each map. Would be helpful cos I just name all mine new world and can't tell which is which
Believe it or not this is relevant to Pocket Edition:
I've just read an article on IGN.com that details the new Android OS-Based Console called "OUYA" will be released in June--With Minecraft being a launch title. Since Microsoft (cheeky little smart ones) own exclusivity to Minecraft on consoles, A Port of Pocket Edition on the console would technically "beat the system" and allow that to happen. As a note, the Ouya will be priced at $99.99, pretty cheap.

no way it looks hedious that we be the least favored console worser then wii, the price reflects the low quality of this product.
That screams immaturity to me. The specs are MUCH better than the Wii, you're judging a book by it's cover due to price, and it runs Minecraft. It lets you stream games to Twitch TV straight from the console, It's made for modding, rooting does not ruin the warranty.
The on-system chip is Tegra 3, the CPU clocks 1.7 GHz Quadcore ARM Cortex-9, Has HDMI 1080 and 720p display, And runs graphics on the Nvidia ULP Geforce. Pretty decent specs for a $100 console. Your argument is officially invalid.

I can see Minecraft being ported to the Ouya. It'll likely have a largely improved version of PE, or have its own edition, but will likely be a PE port because of the contract.

It would result in the size being around 63 mb
If we had 1000x1000 it would be 80 mb
So it wouldn't take up much space
Does anyone know what input in the new options menu is ??
I'm thinking split touch controls
i think its vibration, ive been playing on split touch for a while
That would be cool, a vibration when your hit or from explosion
I'm hoping they fix the camera sometime soon it would be nice to take screenshots without the GUI
The current one is kind of boring
And if the picture on worlds actually displayed our world that would look a lot better

As for the home screen, I agree that something should be added to make it look cooler.
