My friend is the current developer of the Nuclear Laboratories texture pack. I installed it correctly, like you do all texture packs, but when I click on it to use it, the game freezes for a few seconds like always and the either highlights the default one, or doesn't change at all. Other people working on the map use the same TP and it works just fine. How can I fix this?

I just put it in the texture pack folder. Sorry for the late reply BTW.
Oh, found the issue. I used Mc patcher to install optifine and for some reason that messed it up.

try MCpatcher , check everything in the MCpatcher when installing the mod. that should fix the problem
