I am pretty sure you are safe with one of those, I have a ShitBoxWare and have no trouble running it with no lag at all

If you can get into Jet Propulsion Laboratories, I think they have computers there that could run MC at like a million FPS.  But you might get shot.

Minecraft doesn't take much. And you definitely do not need Alienware to run it, haha. I have a simple Dell, with minimum specs and it runs Minecraft without lag at all.

You really shouldn't get an Alienware. They are overpriced, overheat, have terrible build quality and a bad customer service.
How much is your budget? Do you want to play other games(name what) on it? Do you need it to be a laptop? If not, can you build it? In which country do you live in?

If you absolutely need a laptop, I would look at Asus, Sager, or MSi.

However, the best option is definitely to build your own desktop.

Do NOT get an alienware

They are
-Overpriced
-Overheat (To the point of melting)
-Shitty build quality
-Bad Customer Service

Want the best gaming computer for the least amount of money? Build a desktop. It's really easy.

Try getting something like a Mac Pro or an iMac, a lot of people say that Minecraft was not built for Macs, which is true, but Macs, if you get the right one, can be better than windows. And one more thing, the human eye can process UP TO 60 frames per second, so a computer that gets more than that doesn't need to, 40+ fps is fine, just my opinion on that. But one other thing, make or buy a computer that gets an average of 40 fps, then get the optifine mod, it REALLY works! I have an 8 year old macbook which runs at an average of 20-30 fps, but thanks to optifine (and manipulating my RAM lol) I can get over 60 fps :)

First of all, don't necro posts.

Second of all, don't post crappy advice. Since I have some time I will disprove you.

Mac Pros are absolutely horrible for gaming, they have a 2 generations old weak graphics card and server processors. They're also horrendously overpriced (2x)

iMacs are just stupid. "Retina Display" means absolutely nothing and is just a marketing buzzword, plus the hardware in the top-of-the-line iMacs can't max a game at 1080p, let alone the full 2560x1536 of the 27-inch model. Again, incredibly overpriced.

Eyes don't process in FPS, so that's invalid.

Macs are not better than Windows hardware wise for sure, many techy people would be using OS X though if Apple didn't lock everything to their hardware and actually released drivers for updated hardware.
Neckbeards! Doctor Cichocki does not approve of stupidity and neither do I, stop the spread of damned useless rules!

This advice seems so stupid in so many ways I'm not even sure if I should take this necro seriously.

I am not giving bad info! Some of the iMacs and Mac Pros that you buy at apple aren't always good, but you can just make one with any freaking specs you want! And also, I have an 8 year old macbook, 2 gb RAM, i5 dual-core processor, with 1280 by 800 graphics, and I can get over 150 fps!

Making a computer like that won't be that expensive if you buy the right parts, and they will last for at least 10 years!
