Finally after an hour of searching, I found the smooth shader mod locations for MCPE. I used 500 ISE's smooth shader mod as a reference, so I have to give hats off to him for that, otherwise I finally found it and am releasing it as a .patch mod. If you're familiar with .patch mods (like the mp.patch) then you should know how to use them, if not follow this tutorial on my iOS mod thread.

To use this patch you need a decrypted game, you can follow this tutorial on decrypting it.

To uninstall it, just re-download the app from the appstore or re-install your legit decrypted version (the one you decrypted).

Just a warning, it may slow down the game a bit, so do be careful. I have not found any triangle bugs like the Android version, the only bug I have spotted is sometimes it causes the shadows in water to have sharp edges but still have smooth shading.

We can port any Android mod to iOS, it just takes a little time, but at least now you can't hold smooth shader above the iOS users

Awesome!!! But when I installed it my game freezes in the monang screen and crashes. I used a REAL PURCHASED version. And if I need a decrypted version, How do I get it? Or do I need to sign the file with ldone?

You sure you didn't pirate it?
For me it crashed so I left it alone for like 10 minutes then start it up one more time then it worked xP
