Reason why: my reason for suggesting this is because i have seen players creates simple TNT cannons that shoot strait up so i though Hey what if the TNT was Colored Then we could maked eloborate Firework shows and celebrate holidays on minecraft! and better yet it gives more uses for dyes than just wool
Specs: basically you make normal TNT but with dyes and when explode they have an aura of that color which is seen better at night which is also good for fireworks and they are not as powerful as regular TNT. there will be different types of Fireworks and better yet you can use different types of dyes to have a bath of different colors
Wool = the color of the dye used to make wool I.E = rose red = Light Blue
Light Blue Tnt
these ones go higher than most but don't have that mutch color
Light Blue TNT
These fire works don't go as high as the Weak fireworks but they have a lot more color
Light Blue TNT
these are the strongest fireworks which have the most color output but are low compared to the Weak fireworks but have a huge lake of color
and one last type is the Mixed fire work which would look something like this
Strong Mixed firework
Middle Mixed firework
These fire work have the same attributes as the normal one but they have multiple colors so you won't just see red.
Note: Weak fireworks can't have mixes because their base is made of only one dye
i hope you guys like this and please vote it up so Mojang can see this!

Horses are awesome, so ponies must be, too!

Adding a visual effect to the TNT block to show what colors have been added may add too many more blocks, though.
If Mojang changes the block textures to allow for variable colors in a single block without changing the block texture number, then I'd be more inclined to support this idea.
