How do you like to play Minecraft: I like to go out exploring and getting into cave systems while also building with blocks!
What interested you in Muddy Puddles: I have a few friends (Jim and Joe) that talk about it a lot, figured I would join up if possible.
What will you bring to the community: Helpful attitude.
What rule is most important to you: Act with maturity
What is the most important info about Grief Prevention: Players are responsible for protecting their own plots of land

How do you like to play Minecraft:Effervescently! I like to play single player, and I mostly enjoy its rough survival - collecting elementary materials, building upon villages, beautifying my cave, and living like a good 'ol hermit.
What interested you in Muddy Puddles: First, the presentation of melons was the heartwarmer. It's colorful, mature (older players was mentioned), and, most importantly, vanilla. The "factions" thing from other servers is annoying - it detracts from the simplicity of minecraft from the way it was from its genesis, and Muddy Puddles seems to be a friendly, riftless community.
What will you bring to the community: Laughter, resources, and some docile yet constructive grammatical rebuking here and there. I also have a sister if you wa... I'm kiddin'.
What rule is most important to you: Act with maturity: unequivocally the most important facet of this server. I, myself, cannot stand vulgar and immature twelve year olds, so a break from that sounds wonderful and exiciting.
What is the most important info about Grief Prevention: Players are responsible for protecting their own turf!

How do you like to play Minecraft: Relaxed player, only really like playing in survival mode, and prefer to build structures underwater.
What interested you in Muddy Puddles: Lot of the guys that I host forums for started coming over to Muddy Puddles and it came highly recommended (JimEYE, New_Car_Smell, pigblackpig).  Really like the near vanilla and being survival map.
What will you bring to the community: A very dry sense of humor, a lot of laughs seeing "crypticintent has drowned" multiple times when working on my underwater fortresses.  I'm usually a very quiet type of guy unless something peaks my interest, particularly robotics/radiation/physics in general.
What rule is most important to you: Single word.  Respect.  Environment and people it all matters.  I don't want to log in and have to deal with tons of people that I wouldn't want to have a drink at a bar with, and at the same time, I don't want to see a massive eyesore when going around exploring other peoples creations.
What is the most important info about Grief Prevention: Players are responsible for their own plots of land.

Thanks,
-Tim Parker

How do you like to play Minecraft: At my own pace. Been playing a lot on 360 and decided to get more into the PC side of it as there are more possibilities. Mostly mining/building/experimenting
What interested you in Muddy Puddles: Recommended via a friend of http://adultgamingenthusiasts.com
What will you bring to the community:  Beer? Yeah um, I'm relatively new to the PC side of MC so I'm quite happy to gather resources for the more established members of the community to begin with
What rule is most important to you: Being courteous to other games and not being a douche...wait was there a list of rules I was supposed to pick from?
What is the most important info about Grief Prevention: Knowing that there is a way to stop the childish behaviour of others wanting to destroy your hard work.

At the end of the day I'm looking for a community that works together at their own pace.

I'm quite happy mining resources for others as I'm not always the most artistic of mc players. Yet also happy to just sit out of the way and do my own thing.

What will you bring to the community: occasional fits of wit, and i like to spread pies around once i get my farms going
What rule is most important to you: respect the master of the house
What is the most important info about Grief Prevention:

How do you like to play Minecraft: Mostly pure vanilla, however I do sometimes dabble with interesting mods (most recently, Flan's mod).
What interested you in Muddy Puddles: The owner of the now deceased "Vanilla World" server, WLF11, told our community about this server.  I read the server description, and every word makes up my vision of a perfect server.
What will you bring to the community: I am an intelligent, mature, and kind person.  I have played Minecraft since Beta 1.4_01, and know most of the games mechanics.  I can assist newer players, help anyone with a build, and be an overall positive influence to the server.
What rule is most important to you: Act with maturity is the most important in my opinion, because it is all-encompassing.  It includes "No spamming", "Don't grief, steal or hack", as well as all of the others.
What is the most important info about Grief Prevention: You are responsible for protecting your land.  The admins can only do so much (I have experience with this sort of thing, I was once an admin and some younger players got really upset when I couldn't do anything).

@ Jim oh right on I almost forgot about pigpak! You actually gave me an idea Jim, I think I'm going to make a section in the OP for texture packs we support. I might also add screenshots of our spawn in all the different texture packs we have. Me, you, and Kab have texture packs.....am I missing anyone else?

@ Kab that island looks awesome. Did Mad level that whole mountain in the before shot?

No, we haven't done anything with it yet. At the moment it is just sitting prettily.

Hey Buddy, I'm glad you had a good experience on the server, and we appreciate your support!  Your continued support does reflect that you are mature for your age; however, your maturity is still a bit too young for Muddy Puddles. I hope you find a good home on another server perhaps with a slightly younger community? Again, thanks for your support.
