I am very curious what people think. I personally am a Toshiba person. This poll is for the best laptop all around. Like laptops that have good performance and game well.

If a brand isn't up there that I'm not thinking of, tell me to add it. (Macs will not be added)

ASUS definitely, I got an ASUS Zenbook Prime, and, although I knew from reviews, the list doesn't say anything about it, but it comes with a pretty decent sleeve, usb to ethernet dongle and mini vga to vga dongle.
Desktop: Intel i5 2500K @ 4.0 GHz | Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti @ 950MHz | ASUS Z68-V | Corsair XMS3 8 GB 1600 MHz | Corsair 750AX | Corsair 400R | WD Caviar Black 1 TB | Samsung 840 120 GB; ASUS Zenbook Prime UX31a

Lenovo and then Asus. Sagar are good, but why a gaming laptop? I still do not see the point of them. When I am traveling, I don't play graphics intensive games. Unless you are constantly travelling, there really is no reason to get a gaming laptop. They are chunky, ugly, and probably over heat. On top of that, they are much more expensive than desktop gaming rigs. Just an opinion.

And MacBooks? I have an hp, also a mac for the same price, mac slightly better, but is almost the same.

pd: dont expect a laptop can handle something like battlefield 3 or skyrim, thats more for desktops.

I would say Lenovo.  They usually have the best pricing and have good specs all around.

I'm only willing to put up laptops that come installed with Windows.

Plenty of around 1k laptops can easily handle bf3 and skyrim.  But macs cant, because of shitty gpus.

The second laptop on the list there is 1.1k, and will handle bf3 easily on medium, if not high(pretty sure high, the 660m is beastly), at 1080p.  And if you want even more performance, ultra on the third one because of the lower res screen for under 1k.  http://shop.lenovo.c...C7A&action=init

I thought Macs had awesome hardware, just that the OS screws up everything..

Nah, normal ram, normal hdds, normal processors, but usually integrated intel graphics.  some have dedicated gpus, but they aren't very good.

And that shows Macs are overpriced! But I'm a Mac hater because of the OS. Also, how could they have intel integrated graphics if the resolution is so high?

On what?  Their screens?  Intel HD 3000 and 4000 will easily handle 1080p for just internet browsing and such, but in the new retina display mac pro they had to put in a gt630m or something because intel is too weak.  But the 630 is weak, and driving a screen of that size cripples it more.  So it really isn't better performance wise at all.

It's not really about what kind of brand a person likes, it's about what brands don't suck outright.

Out of your list, those would be Sager, ASUS and Lenovo.
