Hi! This tool is basically the same thing as this. However, that tool is incompatible with Windows XP as the .NET Framework 3.5 does not exist for it. This tool sets up several installations of minecraft so you can use different mods with each of them or different versions of Minecraft. It runs in the command prompt (will be changed one day) and it works almost like the original. Enjoy!
Edit: And so the day has come. The new 2.0 version of the original makes this rather obsolete. I still like being able to type in the profile to load it up fast though so at least I will still use it XD! By the way, this program is compatible with the original Profile Manager. Just drop this .exe in the same folder as the original Profile Manager's .exe. That way, you can have a nice UI, and my shortcut feature.

:(Please can anyone help me with it?
i use Minecraft v1.3.2 and win.7
In the "Profiles" file, I made a "Vanilla" file by pressing 2 and naming it. What exactly am I supposed to put in it?
Profiles are folders stored in the Profiles folder. Each one contains a minecraft install (after you run the profile for the first time or copy your install from somewhere else).
You can start the profile by
a. Going to open (1) and typing the name
or
b. Typing the name from start up
The program will tell the minecraft launcher to run minecraft out of the folder. You can put your current install from appdata in the profile by copying the .minecraft folder into the profile folder. If you wish to start a new profile, login and minecraft will download its files into the profile folder
Sorry if I'm not very clear. Reply with the parts you don't understand.

Currently, I'm not very good with other languages. I do plan to make a version that would look similar to the original sometime.
