Will there be the addition of creative mode to the Xbox edition? If so then when? Also I would like to see in the Xbox edition to be pistons and new mobs like endermans. If anyone knows if these things will be added and when that wouldbe great!

When MCX goes to Beta 1.8.1 equivalent. That's when creative is in. It's going into Beta 1.7.3 equivalent in August.

We should get it in the 1.8 update. Pistons will be in the next update(releases later today/early tomorrow!). I think endermen are in the 1.8 update, but I could be wrong.

All (or most) of what you're requesting does come with Beta 1.8 (PC). There's no official word on when it's going to be released however they have said it's going to be the most difficult update to add and they already have some members working on it.
If you want my best guess I'd shoot to see all that sometime in September. Maybe a little later, maybe a little earlier, God only knows.
