hey dev can you do me a huge favor and post a dl link for the config file? im having trouble with it generating again, also can you start putting a copy of the cfg file in the zip file just in case it doesnt generate for some people? just a thought for a backup solution for the cfg file generation issue.

uploadind v4.1, part 1/2 for nonvanilla support is done, theres also a backup of the config
thanks for putting it in the zip file, however I do not think your mod works well wih multi-mc. I put the config file in the config folder for the instance im using and turned on cheat mode, and generated a new world. No glass pillars indicating the dungeons, also decreased the npc towns to about 200 and boss dungeons for 300

You might consider giving MagicLauncher a try... I used to use Multi-MC but gave up on it due to it being too unwieldy for the multiple configurations that I use, though I sincerely doubt that it's the launcher at fault in this case. But this and every other mod I've tried works really well with MagicLauncher, and could solve your problems.
This didn't work with magiclauncher.... It said something about DungeonPack.class not being found, even though I made sure it was in there. I also tried manually, didn't work.. =(=(
If you read this page and the last one you will know. Forge is compatible with Modloader mods. So, whats the problem using forge?

try a new world or go to ungenerated world sectors in your "old/actual" world
