http://www.minecraft...crafting.org- One web page containing all the recipes.  Easily searchable with broswer's text searching (usually Ctrl+F)

The defacto minecraft reference site.  Includes all current recipes (including snapshot development).  And its the only site I've seen that can do forward/backward material/recipe look ups (where material pages show all valid recipes that include them, and all crafted items include links to the pages of all materials used in construction).

Keep in mind that 1.3 release coming out sometime soon will add several recipes, and change a few existing ones.

Thanks for this! I've been googling for a PDF for 1.2.5 recipes and nothing!! Just wanting to print something out for the kids (ok, and myself!)

You do realize you can print webpages... Or if you don't want excess stuff and just the recipes you could just highlight what you want and paste it into Microsoft word, it does actually keep formatting and everything together quite well, it just takes forever to paste. It's still a LOT of pages to print though...
