Hello, first off i'd just like to mention my M14x is the R2 model, which is the recently updated version. I've had this laptop for around 2 months now and never had a problem running anything on it, but all of a sudden, i'm running minecraft on around 25fps with absolutely dreadful lag spikes. I can't deal with it. Bare in mind i have chosen my 'Preferred Graphics Processor' as High Performance Nvidia Processor. Also tried going on the Nvidia control panel and changed Javaw to run with nvidia too. But nothing has changed. As ill say again, never had a problem like this. Even my games, such as World At War, Battlefield ect run on maxed settings absolutely fine at huge FPS numbers. If anyone is able to help or solve this problem, then please comment and help me fix this aweful problem.
Things i have tried currently:
Installing different versions of Optifine
Changing Javaw to run with Nvidia High Performance Graphics Card --
Changing Minecraft to run with Nvidia High Performance Graphics Card --
Changing Prefered graphics processor to Nvidia High Performance Graphics card via Nvida Control Panel
