I also don't know how well you guys take feedback, but you should probably limit the amount of jobs in your RPG. Like for instance you should combine things like lumberjack and hunter so certain people don't get bored doing the same thing over and over. Those jobs aren't going to be picked by many people. because they're stuck chopping down trees or something like that all game. Not to mention this will also help you if one of those jobs aren't online. I mean if there's no lumberjack in your game you can't get wood.
