Hello!  I have created a website in which you can steal and download any skin of a Premium Minecraft account.  Absolutely no downloads are required to use.  It is in-browser and no Flash or Java plugins are utilized.

How to use:

• Enter the username of the person who has the skin you want.
  
• Click "Download Skin" to download the skin and do whatever you please with it OR click "Steal Skin" to set it as your Minecraft skin instantly.

Seriously though, you don't need a stupid website for that. just go to minecraft.net/skin/monster860.png, with the username changed of course. Or you can type in the command line:

wget minecraft.net/skin/username.png

While I see your point, no command-line operation nor link can simply steal a skin with one click (actually set it as the skin in Minecraft).

The thing he wrote do work i accidently deleted my skin and i got it back now since im a good skin maker in some of my friends opinion i use my own skin as a sketch for the skins i make for them.
