In this topic I am asking anyone who knows how to host a server and is Hosting a server to poster their IP and a description of their world.

(Android)
How to join:

• Downlod PocketTool.
  
• Open pocket tool.
  
• Select (Change server IP).
  
• Enter IP.
  
• Select (Patch My IP!).
  
• After Done patching appears.
  
• Go back.
  
• Select patch mod.
  
• Click patch.
  
• Then hit your menu button.
  
• Select Apply Changes.
  
• Go back.
  
• Open Minecraft.
  
• Select Join Game.
  
• Let it scan it may take awhile. Mine took up to five minutes before.

I don't know how to do this for IOS yet i'm sure they are configuring ways right now.

Agreed.You didn't gave Daniel some Credit and love as he was the one who designed and developed Minecraft Pocket Edition.If he wasn't right here,Minecraft PE Shall not even exist!

I'm using my android phone as a router. Can I still connect to other IPs? and how would I find my own?. I only have mcpe for ios

Ok. thats actually very helpful, thanks! Buttt I still don't understand the part about public and private ip.
I'm using my htc g2 as a router. I don't know how or even if I can enable port forwarding nor do I know how to find the ip address for my phone.

I'm  playing mcpe from my ipod touch 4 and the hone is a router. Any guesses/ssuggestions how to find the private and public ip adresses. There are probably a few ppl on here who will have the same problem.

Actually intyre my phone only tells me its mac wifi address and when I look on my ipod the wifi ip address is
192.168.43.104
Is that what I'm supposed to use?
It different when using it phone as a router because the options to input ips or find them isn't available, as far as I can tell. At leasst not from the setting screen. Can someone post their ip address and ill try joing theirs

yes their is a couple servers on the form but i highly recommend people try learning to create  a server and teach others how so everyone can keep finding new ways to modify or make Minecraft a better time for everyone.

Are any of the servers here online 24/7? People should look into having a Pocket Edition server run 24/7... I'm sure it wouldn't be very processor resource intensive.
