I started a small server today, it's not 24/7 yet but with enough positive feedback it's very likely to become one.
Technically there is one rule : don't do anything the admin(azaaza0909) doesn't want.

I hope to see you all there, I'm hosting right now.
ip:192.168.0.233

ps. I'll try to let you know when I start and stop hosting in this thread.

Isn't 'not doing anything the admin doesn't want' a really broad set of rules for a 'no rules' server..?

[edit] Also I can't connect

I meant you should stop doing something if I ask you not to. For example if you want to set off a thousand tnt's.
I have no idea why you cant connect. Just to be sure you don't have to port forward if you are using an ethernet cable right? If you do how I can't find anything about it.

Could you tell me what it says when you try to connect. It's easier to fix if you do.

Everyone: You won't be able to connect
192.168 is your computers local ip, not your internet IP. You need to port forward the ports for minecraft and have people connect with the IP you see when you google "My IP". In the server.properties make sure the server ip and server port are blank. If you want, I can help you set it up personally if you're willing to get Teamviewer.
