I started a small server today, it's not 24/7 yet but with enough positive feedback it's very likely to become one.
Technically there is one rule : don't do anything the admin(azaaza0909) doesn't want.

Isn't 'not doing anything the admin doesn't want' a really broad set of rules for a 'no rules' server..?

I have no idea why you cant connect. Just to be sure you don't have to port forward if you are using an ethernet cable right? If you do how I can't find anything about it.

Everyone: You won't be able to connect
192.168 is your computers local ip, not your internet IP. You need to port forward the ports for minecraft and have people connect with the IP you see when you google "My IP". In the server.properties make sure the server ip and server port are blank. If you want, I can help you set it up personally if you're willing to get Teamviewer.
