WHAT THIS MOD DOES:

It's all in a name, folks! This mod makes crafting easy. Hence, EasyCrafting.

HOW IT WORKS

Basically, the EasyCrafting mod adds more recipes to Minecraft which make it easier to play. For example, with the EasyCrafting mod, maps can be crafted with only four paper, like this:

Posted Image Posted Image = Posted Image

(Painting = paper
diamond = map)

In vanilla MC, maps require eight paper and one compass.

One thing you should look out for... using craftguide will make finding the easter egg easier :3 Good mod though.
I saw a zombie, RIDING A CHICKEN, that was proof, that chickens are evil.

Don't use non-standard texture packs to display crafting, it makes it hard for anyone without that texture pack to see what you're doing. Also, the contrast in this pack is terrible, I can't tell what I'm looking at.

Ok, thanks for your input, I'll change the pictures today or tomorrow. On another note, have you decided whether or not I can add files simplifying recipes in Explosives+?

Are you sure a bedrock recipe is a good idea? What if you misplace a block? How about adding a tool that allows you to destroy bedrock in say 30 seconds so that you don't end up with a piece of bedrock on top of your chest. Nice idea, though.

In case you didn't know, if someone has a pickaxe with a Fortune enchantment, they can basically spam diamonds out of the ore block.
Maybe make it take more than one diamond, because with Fortune you could get around four diamonds per ore block, and with one diamond needed to make the ore block....
Well, you get the idea.

Thank you for pointing that out to me, I never knew that. I will change the diamond ore recipe ASAP.

I have thought about that before, but I have yet to figure out how to make a block which only one tool can destroy. So either bedrock cannot be destroyed, or anything (even your fist!) could (eventually) break it.

Wow, this looks really nice, but 1 question, how does this mod work with NEI's recipe mode? will these new recipes show up?

Although I have never actually used NEI, I believe that the recipes in EasyCrafting will show up. However, this will expose the 'easter egg' recipe, which you may or may not want.
