Its not needed now due to the change to the default quarry, it can now turn all that power it sucks into speed

Yeah being able to slow them down now might be a nice option actually the 2 I have running are a little crazy.
Also now you have Heavy water it conflicts with APS heavy water.
Your heavy water overwrites APS heavy water for Barrels/Buckets etc... but the APS refinery recepie is still active and produces its heavy water, making your heavy water inaccessable, and APS heavy water unusable in barrels/buckets
perhaps if APS is detected you could have your heavy water hide and just extend the functionality of APS heavy water to provide cooling for engines.

Let me install that and see what is going on. In theory LR should have used APS's heavy water in place of mine, but obviously that isn't happening quite as intended.
Fixed the issue. LR can now properly yield to another mod if it has the same liquid. The other mod's liquid inherits all my liquid's abilities and recipes. My liquid will cease to exist if LR yields.
