Super-Earth is a growing Minecraft community which runs on a in-game economy and town system where you can build your own Nation and become the king of it! It is one the largest and longest running Minecraft SMP servers ever!

The server has over 50 plugins installed for a better user experience and is far from vanilla but stays with the sense that you take from Super-Earth what you give back to it. Our server hardware and connection can not be beat.

Server IP: super-earth.netAll players may freely log onto our server without having to whitelist first, but when doing this your will start off as an "Outcast" and restricted access on our server such as not being able to build, not being able to speak in globally broadcasted channels, and other things that you'll need to whitelist to receive. Once you post a whitelist topic on this topic a Moderator will come every 30-60 minutes and whitelist you, that is if you follow the template provided at the end of this post. In the meantime while your Application for your promotion to Member is being processed, feel free to go through our spawn maze where you'll learn all of our server's commands, rules, and perks then you can go off and explore Super-Earth for yourself, just remember that if you need some pocket change for the journey to go ahead and vote for us!

Your journey will begin in the expansive town of Pandora, a town led, built, and occupied by our Administration. There you will find many helpful guides that will point you on your way to exploring this vast world on your own.

Use �/recruit [message]� to ask for a mayor to invite you to a town and show you around some of our marvelous cities. You can also use the command �/town list� to see a list of all of our active towns. You may travel to any of these towns by using �/t spawn [townname]�, but caution, this command costs 1z to use.

Classes are one of the unique aspects that make Super-Earth amazing. Each Class is a very different path that will include special abilities assisting with your journey throughout the lands of Super-Earth. These abilities are called Skills. The Class System is watched over by the Supreme Council, and all users wanting to have to apply and meet the unique requirements your chosen Class and then be approved the Supreme Council themselves. On top of this, you need to meet a few universal requirements to to join any class and make yourself what we call a �Super-Citizen�.

To become a Super-Citizen you must be a member of our server for two weeks, have property in one of our numerous towns, have more than 100z in your personal account, over 10 posts on our Forums, and have not been banned for over a 24 hour period. Once this is achieved, you are free to chose your path in one of the following class:

Battle Class
The Battle Class is based on the hardcore PVP experience some players are looking for. Nation Leaders can fight their Warriors in arena battles for bragging rights. Players in the Battle Class can continually engage in PVP aspects. Entire world arena events where every class can join in will be implemented. If worked out correctly we can even throw in a Magical Class member to fight for both sides, making for lots of exciting possibilities.


Economic Class


Industrial Class
This Industrial Class is reserved for the best builders on the server. The abilities you get will aid you in your constructive efforts in which you can build for fun or for a fee. Larger Tier Industrial members help build in larger world projects.


Magic Class
This Class is for the special spell caster. These commands are to be used with caution an care. The path of the Wizard is one of mystery and excitement.



Political Class
This is one of the more difficult classes to get engaged in. Current Nation and Town leaders will become focus once they sign up to the correct forum. We want to take a more RP approach with a lot of future updates and/or changes to the server. If we had the most active members of the community voting for changes and passing new changes in a professional way we can have a great dynamic on this server. Being a leader is going to demand a great amount of accountability and respect.

The Void is a very unique world in that it constantly regenerating, sometimes without warning. This 250x250 world has served our Super-Earthlings as a main source of resource gathering and is our most used world out of the bunch.

The Nether is 2000x2000 World set in the firey depths of the Core of Super-Earth. Players can find all sorts of materials here such as Lava, Soulsand, Netherrack, and the most desired, Glowstone. Beware fore this world is filled with monsters, fire, and players who will hurt you whenever the chance is presented to them!

The Nexus is our newest world a is home to most of Super-Earth�s Events and Games. In this world you can not bring in or take out any items making it possible for the Administration to spawn or give items to players without the worries of damaging the fragile economy. Build-Offs, Capture-The-Flag Matches, and Adventure Quests can be set up in this world and can be played and enjoyed by all!

No, this not the Aether Mod. This world is a special generated world that resembles a "Sky Land" with floating islands of land hovering up in the sky. This will be used mainly for exploration and development, giving towns and players a challenge to build Towns and outposts high above Super-Earth. The only way up to the Aether will be by a Rocket Ship in Pandora, however going back is a different story; falling from the Aether causes you to fall all the way down back into the normal Super-Earth Map.

� This is a survival server so you are expected to mine and build yourself with little to no assistance.
� DO NOT use any client side hacks, mods, or texture packs to item hack, speed hack, or for Xray purposes.
� If you don't lock your chests with our Lighweight Protection Plugin (LWC), items can be stolen, there is no rule against this, anywhere.
� The Wilderness is brutal and you can be killed and your structures and belongings destroyed, you have been warned.
� You may not speak in excessive profanity especially directed to other users.
� No drug, sex, or any vulgar refrences.
� No Spam or excessive caps in any Globally broadcasted Channel

Introduction

Super-Earth is a Nations server where you can create your empire block by block. We are currently introducing lite role play into the server but you do not need to go by it, but it would be nice. If you are not in a Nation/City/Town the game becomes a Survival Multiplayer. Mobs and monsters are on, there is day and night and PvP in the Wilderness. You are encouraged to join a town and work for Zeny. No blocks are given , all are mined and earned. There is an economy called Zeny where you can purchase towns and nations with also rare items. You can earn Zeny by selling goldbars to the global shop, working for other players, or donating to the server. It is important you read this guide and check back frequently for updates. Failure to abide by anything in this guide will result in kick or ban to be determined by active moderator/admin.

Important Basic Rules (more detailed information below)
• This is a survival server so your expected to mine and build yourself with little to no assistance
• Join a town for protection, no protection in Wilderness
• ALWAYS USE LWC (light Weight Chest Protection) in Towns and Wilderness both! Use /lwc for information
• If you don't lock your chests, items can be stolen, there is no rule against that
• You can not lock chests that are not yours and/or inside another town
• You can not build on top of someone's chest to prevent them from accessing it
• You can not shoot arrows into a town from an unprotected zone
• You can not stand on the border of towns and harass citizens inside
• Towns are protected and ruled by player Mayors and Assistants and are not controlled by server
• Small griefing incidents should be handled by mayor, large griefs can be reviewed by admins
• The Wilderness is brutal and you will be killed so be prepared
• In game currency is called Zeny / 2500 z for a town - 5000 z for a nation
• Special commands cannot be used as a PvP advantage but only for building
• You can not use your magiccarpet, jumpto, tp to go over walls or enter restricted zones
• You can not pour buckets on players while PvPing
• Towns have to have a 8 x 8 safe zone in warping area, failure to do so will lead to removal of warp
• Towns can not toggle PvP on and off quickly but only once every 24 hours, we will check command logs
• Please be respectful to all players and staff at all times
• Keep Global Channel free of nonsense and stay on topic of Minecraft and Super-Earth
• You can not make walls of water or lava, only moderate lava/water falls.
• You can not unclaim land to kill someone in your town, this is same as above rule, and is a bannable offence
• No Dropping buckets unless it will fall into lava, They dupe and cause lag.

When you spawn you will be in Pandora Capital of Super-Earth Nation. Everything will be protected around you because this is a town and you are not a citizen of it. It is important to read the signs that are there when you first spawn. These signs will prepare you for your journey through Super-Earth. Some major commands you need to know about right in the beginning. You join local chat by default and it is 150 block distance for local chat, so anyone can hear you between a 150 block radius. To shout globally so everyone hears you, you need to do /g and then type your message. The global and local chats must remain on topic to Minecraft and Super-Earth Server. Failure to do so will result in mute/kick/ban.

Basic Player Commands
/town ? - Will Give all information about citizens, towns, and nations on Super-Earth
/town list - Will display all the towns do /warp townname to go to the various towns in Super-Earth
/money - Shows zeny balance - /money top 20 - Shows top richest players
/shop list buy - shows items available to buy - /shop list sell - shows what you can sell
Press F3 - To give your position or /getpos or /compass
/help - Command: /help (A number) -Description: Shows a list of commands (7 per page).(Page Number)
/playerlist -Command: /playerlist or /who - Description: Shows a list of players currently on the server.
/home - Command: /home
Description: Teleports you home. If your home is not set, this command will teleport you to spawn.
/shop sell [itemid] [quantity] - Shop has to have it enabled for you to be able to sell it.
Currently gold bars can be sold for 1z a piece. For some reason /shop sell gold no longer works.
Usage - /shop sell 266 1 or /shop sell goldbar 1 - 266 = Gold Ingot's itemid -1 = Quantity of bars in your inventory

/sethome - Command: /sethome - Description: Sets your home to your current location.
/me - Command: /me <message>
Description: Displays a message that looks like "* red says hi!" in the Minecraft chat. This command was made to emulate the /me command on IRC that displays an "action". <message> is required.
/msg -Command: /msg <player> <message> or /m <player> <message>
Description: Sends a <message> to <player> that only that player can see.
/spawn - Command: /spawn -Description: Teleports you to spawn.
/warp - Command: /warp <warp> - Description: Warps to the specified <warp>. <warp> is required.
/motd - Command: /motd -Description: Displays the MOTD.

Wilderness Rules
There are limited rules in the Wilderness (wherever there are no towns) you will know you’re in the wilderness because it will pop up in green on your screen. In these areas your items and you are in danger, so you must prepare to go out in the wild in case you run into another player who may kill you. These wilderness areas can be mined from and settled on. Please note these is absolutely no protection of your buildings in the Wilderness, you need to join a town for that. To protect chests you can lock them using the /lwc command in game which will give you more information. Please respect the environment while in the wild, plant trees, be nice to the sheep, all that good stuff. PvP is on throughout the entire Wilderness. Donator+ if your using buckets please take caution not to litter with water or lava in Wilderness.

Town and Nation Information

The server is based on a town system where there are nations and then townships. Mayors control the protection of their towns/cities completely. You claim land and then add the residents you want to have build right in your land. It is advised to not just invite random strangers in your town because they can destroy anything!

You need to talk with a towns assistant or mayor to join. PvP can be on or off in a town and mobs won't spawn there so your safe. If the mayor turns on the protection of the town anyone that is a citizen there will have their buildings protected.

When a city reaches Metropolis status it can find three cities to join up with and pay to create a Nation. The Governor of the Metropolis becomes leader of the nation and picks allies and enemies. The Metropolis becomes the Capital city of the Nation and every other town and resident added become aligned to that nation. A nation ruler can declare war on another nation.

War Information
War is currently in development, but it will involve enemy nations getting destruction rights to each other. Claiming new town blocks is frozen while your at war, as well as recruiting new towns. As well, when one enters a town block of the enemy, a timer starts on a mini king-of-the-hill-esque game, where the enemy has to remove you from the area by force. If the enemy doesn't manage to send you away, the claim rights to that block become yours, and you have to defend that block as you advance forward towards the enemy's home block. If you manage to capture the enemy's home town block, you claim all that town's town blocks, and the town is kicked from the enemy nation.

* /towny map : Draws a color coded map of the nearby town blocks. Gold is your current position. Red + are enemy towns, while green ones belong to your town/nation.
* /towny map toggle : Turn on/off showing the TownyMap as your move between town blocks.

Lord Commands:

* /town add [player] .. [player] : Add each [player] to town
* /town kick [player] : Remove [player] from town
* /nation leave : Leave your nation
* /town setboard [message] : Set town board of current town
* /claim : Claim the TownBlock your standing in.
* /claim remove : Remove the claim over the TownBlock your in.
* /claim toggle : Turn on/off claiming town blocks just by swinging your arm.
* /claim rect [player] : Try to claim all town blocks in a rectangle shape from you to the target player. The target player must be part of your town.
* /town assistant [+/-] [player] : Grant or deny mayor status to player
* /town protect [on/off/buildonly] : Set town's protection vs outsiders.
* /town sethome : Set's the current townblock your in to the home town block.

King Commands:

* /nation add [town] .. [town] : Add each [town] to nation
* /nation kick [town] : Remove [town] from nation
* /nation assistant [+/-] [player] : Grant or deny king status to player
* /town secapital [town] : Set [town]'s mayor as king over the nation (remove king and current assistants)
* /ally [+/n/-] [nation] : Set target nation to Friend, Neutral or Enemy. Setting as enemy will start the war timer.

Donator, VIP, and Supporter Rules
/mc – Can only be used for building or exploring purposes, you cannot use it while PvPing or to enter a city over a wall, TURN OFF MC when not using, logging off, or warping, it will leave a copy of itself everywhere you go
