Ok, i was watching some videos about Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition and they  talked about how for splitscreen play, both people need to have an Xbox gold member ship? Is it true?

I'm pretty sure it is a glitch. It would make absolutely no sense if it was a feature.

On the front page, go watch the "official trailer".  Follow their in video links to learn more about multiplayer.  When they were building that house you saw one side of the screen building from another person's POV and the actual builder's POV.  They said you can log in another controller to get this type of view.

Also stated above, it is a glitch.

Wait, i thought that was only if there were non-local players connected? Like, if you were hosting a server and tried to do splitscreen with a local profile. But is it so you can only do local splitscreen if both have gold? If so, i hope it is fixed soon.
